06.ミーティング「ファシリテートする」
ミーティングの時間がタイトなときには、参加者の意見をまとめ、スムーズなコミュニケーションを図りながらミーティングのゴールへと導くことがよいファシリテーターです。
■意見を求める
- What is your reaction to ...?
- …についてどう思いますか?/どのような態度を示しますか?
- How do you feel about ...?
- …についてどのように感じますか?
- What are your thoughts on ...?
- …についてどうお考えですか?
- What are some other ways to ...?
- …のためのほかの方法はありますか?
- Would you say that ...?
- …だと思われますか?/…だとおっしゃるのですか?
■参加を促す
- What would you do ...?
- …(について)何をしますか?
- Before we go on, I'd like to hear from ***
- 次に進む前に、***さんから意見を聞きたいのですが。
- We have heard from almost everyone. What do you think, ***?
- ほぼ皆さんからのヒアリングを終えましたが、***さんはどう思いますか?
- I'd like to bring in ***
- ***に参加(協力)を依頼したい。/***を呼び入れたい。
■アクションを求める

たとえばこんな使い方をします(例1)

- I'd like to bring in Nicola at this point to clarify the problems we have been experiencing with the distribution systems.
- 流通システムで起こっている問題を明らかにするため、この時点でニコラの協力を得たいのだが。
たとえばこんな使い方をします(例2)

- もしあなたがミカのポジションだったら、どうしますか?どこから手をつけていきますか?
