WHAT DO YOU CALL ... IN ENGLISH?

Explanation

  • When you want to know how to say something in English, you can point to it and ask What do you call that in English? or simply What do you call that? Instead of pointing, you can also describe something - for example, “What do you call a person who builds houses?” **
What do you call that in English?(それを英語で何と言いますか)あるいは What do you call that? What do you call a person who builds houses?(家を建てる人を何と言いますか)などというように聞くこともできます。
