CALL (= use a name) ~と呼ぶ
- To call someone a particular name is to use that name when speaking to or about them.
- call とは、誰かに話しかけたり、その人について話したりするときに、人をある名前で呼ぶ、という意味です。
- My given name is really Cornelius, but, please, just call me Neal.
- a: What do you usually call your wife?
