Explanation

  • A pagoda is a building - often seen on the grounds of Buddhist temples - that has several stories and a curved roof on each floor.
  • pagoda とは、(仏教寺院の境内でよく見られる)いくつかの階があって、各階に湾曲した屋根がついている建物、つまり、仏塔、という意味です。
