- To take a stab at something is to try to do it, especially when you're not sure you'll succeed.
- take a stab at は、とりわけ、成功するかどうかわからないときに、何かをやってみる、という意味です。
- a: I've tried everything, but I can't seem to fix this problem with my computer.
