Explanation

  • If a computer, computer system, server, or Web site is down, it's not operating because of a problem, maintenance, etc.
  • コンピュータ、コンピュータシステム、サーバー、ウェブサイトについて down と言うと、問題があるか、メンテナンスなどのために稼動していない状態をさします。

    I guess we won't be getting much work done for a while. The system's down.
