Explanation

A mall is a very large building with many stores, restaurants, and other businesses inside.

A strip mall is a row of stores, restaurants, and other businesses (often separate units in the same long building), usually with a shared parking lot in front.

Anchor store is retail jargon for a large, well-known retail store (especially a department store) located in a mall. Such stores are meant to attract lots of customers to the mall, which increases business at the other stores as well.
