To ask someone if they want more food or drink, you can say, Would you like some more bread/salad/wine/etc.?

If YOU want more food or drink, you can ask, May I have some more bread?

食べ物や飲み物をもっと勧める場合、Would you like some more bread/salad/wine/etc.? (パン/サラダ/ワイン/その他 をもっといかがですか)と言うことができます。

食べ物がもっと欲しい場合は、May I have some more bread? (パンをもっといただけますか)と言うことができます。
 
 
1.a:Would you like some more chicken?
b:Yes, please.
2.a:Would you like some more pudding?
b:I'll have a little, thank you.
3.a:Would you like some more wine?
b:Maybe just one more glass.
4.a:May I have some more potatoes, please?
b:Sure. (while passing the potatoes) Here you are.
5.a:May I have some more coffee?
b:Of course. I'll make another pot.
