- A knee is the place where the upper and lower parts of your legs meet. It's where your legs bend.
An elbow is the place where the upper and lower parts of your arms meet. It's where your arms bend. - knee は、脚の上部と下部の接点にあって、曲がる部分、つまり、ひざのことです。
elbow は、腕の上部と下部の接点にあって、曲がる部分、つまり、ひじのことです。
- I hurt my knees jogging.
