Explanation

  • A Web page is all the information at one Web address (URL); for example, http://www.berlitz.co.jp/wm/05/0216.htm is the address of the Web page for the illustrated version of today's WordMaster. You usually click the mouse over a hyperlink to move from one Web page to another.

    A Web site - often spelled Website - is the collection of all related Web pages. Think of a Web site as a “book” of Web pages.
  • Web page は、ひとつのウェブアドレス（URL）が示す場所です。例えば、http://www.berlitz.co.jp/wm/05/0216.htm は、イラストつきの今日の WordMaster が見られる Web page のアドレスです。通常はハイパーリンクをマウスでクリックしてひとつの Web page から他のページへと移動します。

    関連したすべてのウェブページが集まったものが Web site です。ウェブページで構成された本だと考えて下さい。Web site は、Website と書かれることがよくあります。
