Explanation

  • No way! is a very strong and informal way to say “No!”

    It can also be used like the expression “You're kidding!” when someone tells you something surprising, difficult to believe, or unexpected and upsetting.
  • No way! とは、強調して No. を言いたいときの､くだけた表現です。

    No way! は、You're kidding!（嘘でしょう？）のように、びっくりするようなことや、信じられないようなこと、予期していなかったこと、動揺するようなことを聞いたときに使うこともあります。
