Explanation

  • Ideas, policies, etc., are progressive if they are new and improve on those of the past.

    A person or organization is progressive if it's quick to try or accept new and improved ways of doing things.
  • 考え方、方針などについて progressive と言うと、新しく、今までのものよりも改善されている、つまり、進歩的な、という意味です。

    人や組織について progressive と言うと、新しく、改善されたやり方をすぐに試したり、受け入れたりする、という意味です。
