2009.11.11
Hello!
Next to learning how to sleep through the night, this may be one of the most highly-anticipated milestones in the life of the child of any overburdened parent!
POTTY-TRAINED おむつが取れた
- If a child is potty-trained, the child is able to use a toilet or potty (= a small toilet for children) and no longer needs to wear diapers.
- 子供について potty-trained と言うと、トイレやおまる(子供用の小さな便器)を使うことができるため、もうおむつを付ける必要がない状態をさします。
- (new babysitter to mother of a two-year-old)
Is your child potty-trained? - I can't wait until my little boy is potty-trained. It'll be so nice not to have to change diapers anymore!
- (information in a preschool pamphlet)
Children must be potty-trained and be 3 or 4 years old no later than April 1st.
Take care!
