A three-cornered hat and eye patch may help a person look the part, but all that's really required to be a pirate is a blatant disregard for the rights of those who own property. Today we look at the deeds of a relatively sedentary breed of pirates: those who plunder intellectual property.
PIRACY 著作権侵害
- To pirate (verb) a film, a CD, computer software, etc., is to copy and sell it without permission.
The noun form is piracy. - pirate (動詞)は、映画やCD、コンピュータ・ソフトウェアなどを、許可なく複製して販売する、という意味です。
名詞形は piracy で、著作権侵害、という意味です。
