- The corporate planning department is typically responsible for developing a company's overall mission, strategies, and long-term goals and objectives, as well as plans for their implementation.
The corporate affairs department is typically responsible for providing employees, clients, investors, the media, the general public, etc., with information about the company and its mission and activities.
