応答がない／間違った番号（にかける）
- If there's no answer when calling a telephone number, the phone on the other end rings but no one responds to it (= no one picks it up, presses a button, etc.).
A wrong number is a telephone number that you reach by mistake.
To dial a wrong number is to make a phone call and get a wrong number. - 電話をかけている場合において there's no answer と言うと、相手の電話は鳴っているけれど、誰も応じない（誰も受話器を取らない、ボタンを押さない、など）、という意味です。
wrong number は、間違って押してしまった電話番号のことです。
dial a wrong number は、電話をかけるとき、間違った番号にかけてしまう、という意味です。
